Notes: What a great way to start off a new year . . . great weather (sunny and mild temperatures at 49 to 63 degrees, great trail, two beautiful scenic rivers, three energetic trail dogs and five smiling hikers. This was a moderately difficult hike, but it included 2.1 miles of steady uphill climb on return from the Thompson River. Whew!
