TRAIL INFORMATION – A beautiful section of the Bartram Trail featuring two nice waterfalls and a spectacular mountain vista at Pinnacle Knob. The trail is well maintained and has very significant elevation changes to give you a very good workout. We rate the hike moderately strenuous to very strenuous if you climb the trail up to the summit of Pinnacle. Directions: Take Highway 884 East (Warwoman Road) from Clayton, GA for 5 miles or so and look for the Warwoman Dell sign on the right and turn right and park in the first parking area. Walk a short distance up the road and you will see the trail leading to the right. Follow the yellow trail markers. Another great day for a hike! Sunny to partly cloudy and warm with temperatures ranging from 67 to 80 degrees F. Hiking distance – 8.5 miles.
