Notes: Considering the recent heavy rains including the morning of this hike, the trails were in pretty good condition even though wet, but not soggy. The inclines on this hike are not really too difficult and as such, I would call this hike easy to moderate. We were fortunate the skies were clear and we had good views and a cooling breeze atop Pinnacle Knob. We did not visit Martin Creek Falls due to my schedule later that day. Parking can be a bit chancy since there are only 2-3 parking spots at the trailhead now that the parking down the road at the powerlines has been closed. A nice hike overall when done as a one-way hike. Not a lot of wildflowers today.
